Additional £50 per public holiday day (eg Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday and Bank Holidays).

Preferred change over day is Friday for weekly stays.

Terms and Conditions

Price includes – Gas and Electricity, Heating and Water, Bed Linen, Honesty Kitchen (including tea/coffee), Hand Towels in bathrooms and kitchen, Tea Towels, Travel Cot and High Chair by arrangement. For stays longer than 2 weeks change of towels and bedlinen and cleaning.

Dogs – One well behaved dog allowed downstairs only.

Payment terms – 50% deposit is payable on booking.
50% balance is payable 8 weeks (56 days)  prior to commencement of the period booked.
Cheques or BACS (please request bank details) are acceptable.  Sorry, but we are unable to accept Visa/Mastercard, or other credit cards.

Cancellation policy

If you have to cancel your booking, please give the maximum notice possible.
If you have to cancel we will endeavour to re-let the property and, if successful, will return any monies paid minus £20 administration charge.
If we are unable to re-let the property the following will be applied:

  • More than 56 days notice – 50% refund
  • Less than 56 days, but more than 28 days, 25% refund

Less than 28 days, no refund.

Holiday insurance – We suggest that all potential guests ensure that they have comprehensive holiday insurance which includes cover for unavoidable cancellations.
